Teamsters Local 414 Organizing Victory

Workers at Foamex, Inc. today voted to become members of Teamsters Local 414. 139 employees at Foamex, Inc. joined the ranks of Teamsters Local 414 after an election held today. Wages weren't the issue. Work rules, benefits and layoff language abused by the company left the workers with no choice but to come together and collectively bargain. Congratulations to the newest members of Teamsters Local 414!
